- Oracle → Shopify migration: Ensuring reliable transfer of SKUs, imagery, customer profiles, orders, products, and pages.
- NetSuite ERP Integration: Integration between Shopify and NetSuite for orders, products, shipping, tracking, pricing, inventory, and warehouses
- Shopify POS integration: Maintain a unified catalog, inventory counts, and order history across digital and physical channels including retail stores across the USA

Solutions Delivered:
- Data Migration: We migrated data from Oracle Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus using custom scripts and API pipelines for product catalogs, customer data, reviews, and historical orders. SEO was preserved through redirects and meta-data mapping.
- NetSuite ERP Integration: Integration between Shopify and NetSuite for orders, products, shipping, tracking, pricing, inventory, and warehouses.
- Retail POS Integration: We connected Shopify POS with NetSuite to ensure consistent inventory and customer data across online and in-store touchpoints, providing a unified commerce experience.
- Design & Development: We designed a mobile-first, brand-aligned Shopify theme with optimized PDPs, collection pages, and checkout. Performance was enhanced using lazy-loading images and code splitting for faster load times.
- Marketing Automation: We integrated an email and SMS automation platform, setting up flows for welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and SMS promotions tied to both online and in-store activity.
- Analytics & SEO Setup: We integrated Google Analytics and Search Console, migrated SEO metadata and content, and ensured proper tracking to support ongoing rankings and measure KPIs.
